Cell C illegally took money from my bank account

I canceled my contract one month before the renewal date I sent the required form with ID attached as requested on the 28 October 2013 and received a reply from Cell C stating that the contract ends 29 November 2013 last bill November 2013, I even phoned 2 weeks after to ensure all is in order and they confirmed but December 2013 came and they still deducted money from my account and since then up to date I am trying to get my refund with no success. Cell C is definitely a company that does not look after their clients and rob them in every way they can without any feedback still from them in regards to this. They are definitely not a service provider as they do not provide a service and all they adverts are as they do nothing of the kind. Worst service provider is Cell C
