10 days later and no progress with a logged ticket

I recently joined MWEB on the 1st of October and 5 days later experienced problems with the account I was using. I then proceeded to contact the support desk for support. Needless to say, it's 10 days later and I'm still waiting on some kind of feedback other than internal escalations within MWEB to find the right people to deal with the problem. I then issued a complaint to get feedback. Eventually got frustrated once I received feedback from support that they would again escalate internally and then I requested a cancellation with immediate effect. Not suprisingly, I tested my account tonight and it's throttled. Phone the service desk and they told me it was my line. I tested another account with a different service provider and it was fine. Not suprisingly the support person couldn't assist further and scheduled a call back for another day.

I will not sit here and pay for service that's unacceptable and wait for the 30 day notice to expire. You will cancel my account with immediate effect as I am no longer using the services MWEB provides. According to the CPA, I am well within my rights to cancel due to unacceptable service experienced against a reasonable expectation.
