Worst provider ever!!

MTN IS BY FAR THE WORST MOBILE PROVIDER.They don't provide service just endless and incompetence and i have had enough! MTN VANGATE MALL ALONG WITH ITS STAFFMEMBER SHAUN IS INCOMPETENT AND USELESS.Since when is it legal to charge a client for a service they don't have and asked to cancel several times both telephonically and in-store. Instead I got pushed around, the call centre refers you to the store and vice versa, no apologies for the error and no manager to take up my complaint with. As per Shaun, its the systems fault and I am more than welcome to complain to the Ombudsman. So after years of loyal custom that's how Mtn rewards me. I'll be getting myself another provider after i get every cent back. No-one seems to care that my hard earned money has been illegally debitted from my account and that I will not recommend them ever again. The lack of service and empathy is pathetic.why should i be the go between the store and endless phone calls with no end in sight. I am done with Mtn your staff are trained to and do anything for a sale. Shaun is a perfect example of arrogance and incompetence. Not only did he and tell me the contract was cancelled, he has an attitude as well.
