Yet again i have to go through the same hassle of getting my sim reactivated due to some stupid bored person in 8ta that keeps deactivating my sim for no reason.
and as expected the team leaders are as useless as ever, i spoke to nobunto at the beginning of this and she asked me to wait 72hrs for the technician to reactivate my sim but a week has past and every time i phone for her shes never available and says she will call me back in 15mins up until this moment i still haven't received a call from her i have even spoken to one of your other useless team leaders thto moatshe and shes really of no help i don't understand why shes a team leader if she sets such a bad example in the company. i'm really starting to get frustrated with you guys.alot of my clients has this number and nobody can contact me due this 8ta that keeps deactivating my prepaid sim every month and then i have to wait another month for someone to reactivate it because they need to do investigations despite the manager asking them to do so immediately. my sim is deactivated for the past 2weeks and this is really not on.
