How not to retain a custome

I have been a business customer of Vodacom since 1996. My contract ends in early December and I am eligible for an "upgrade". On ine anyone wanting a free 5S 64Gig can get one with 800 MB of data, and a free minute/SMS bundle for 999 pm for 24 months. So I ask the team leader Thandi on Thursday if I can be given further consideration given my spend and history. She says she will call me back from her desk. She doesn't. I send an email. She doesn't. I call back and she has left. Ask for another team leader (I find out not a supervisor). "Only team leaders can handle retention". After 4:30 there are no team leaders. I call the next day Thandi is off. I am told to call Monday. Is Thandi is the only one who can help me with my upgrades? Insist on speaking to a team leader - HOLD - team leader will call back - does NOT - call back at 1:45 - ask for supervisor - hold for Felicity. She says she will find out and call back. 4:15 no call back. I call. HOLD for 15 minutes. Felicity is busy says she is waiting to hear back from finance. Agent calls me says that Felicity has left but said I can pay 999 PLUS R4, 300 - now I have to pay in? "Online deals only for new customers". Waste of time
