I had an problem with the billing on my MTN contract, tried to call customer service call centre but everytime they transfer my call it will be cut. I wrote an email on the 27 September 2013 to customer service explained my situation. Got an email on the 28 September 2013 (Ref. No. 7104087) from Alice van der Merwe alerting me of the receipt of the email and I should give them - 10days for MTN to investigate and they will give me feedback.
Today 24 October 2013 (19 days later) MTN hasn't said anything or even resolved my contract issue. Thanks Ms Alice for keeping your word and showing such a great service that you guys claim of.
To make matters worse MTN is still debiting 3-4 times more than the contract amount. I am appalled by the kind of service and treatment am getting from MTN. I have given you guys enough time to handle my compain and you failed dismally. I don't want your lame excuses you always dish out to complaints here on Hello Peter they seem automated and general. Sort this out and leave my account alone...
