Incorrect Billing and unauthorized debit orders

I am terribly disappointed with the service I have received from mobi warehouse, I constantly have to call or email them requesting that they adjust my account. If its not my service being erroneously suspended its them double debiting my account. An amount of R 399 has just been debited from my account following an amount of R670 having been debited on the 25th of March 2013. Please may I have the R399 refunded and can someone from accounts step in and sort this matter out as its really frustrating having to call and email them to sort out the account. At this point I really would just like to cancel the contract as I keep incurring unnecessary bank charges that Mobiwarehouse doesn't refund. I have a full record of all communication with Soekyna and Matthew if you would like me to send it to you.
