Account correction not happening

Hi there, I went into MTN about 2 weeks ago now, to complain about my contract that had suddenly been changed from my samsung s4 R399 /month to my old blackberry contract at R329 /month with bis. Inturn I had a bill double the amount as I had no data bundle/free minutes/sms's. I was told that someone would call me to correct the problem, I am still awaiting a phone call. I have received my new account which is. Ow 3 times more than my usual monthly fee, I do not have this kind of money spare to waste on a phone and really need my account to be corrected. I was told I would be credited for these amounts, but that besides the point as I am now having large sums of money taken out my bank account that is unnecessary. Can someone anyone please please please help fix this. I have had non stop problems with my upgrade from days one, where it took MTN over a month to change my upgrade on the system, and now all of a sudden it has gone and done this. Please any help will be appreciated.
