MTN owe us over R10000

My cellphone is registered to my business and for the last 2.5 yrs I have been paying MTN R341.23 (over R10 000 to date paid) for a 2GB data bundle. Unbeknown to me, a business contract cannot have an additional data bundle loaded if there is an existing data bundle with the contract that was originally taken out... this is a MTN system flaw! So I have been paying additional packet switched data fees as the 2GB bundle has never been used, I always just presumed I used more than 2GB until my IT lady pointed out the error.

I phoned MTN along with my IT lady and MTN admitted to the problem and promised to phone me back to tell me if I would be credited to my bank account or how they intended on fixing this as I am long overdue for an upgrade and I am not prepared to upgrade until this is rectfied by pay out to our bank account - I do not want this credited to my MTN account. That was over 3 weeks ago and after I received my new bill... another R341.23 was billed for something that is unuseable!! I expect someone from MTN to phone me to sort this out ASAP.
