Over debiting my account every month

I did an upgrade with MTN few months ago. I had a blackberry bold before and I upgraded to Samsung galaxy note2. Since I have done the upgrade Mtn has been debiting my bank account more than the amount we agreed on for the contract. After few debits I called their call centre to ask why they are taking more money from my bank acc, they told me that BIS was never cancelled when the upgrade was done and the person that I spoke to told me that they will correct this, but that was all not true because same amount has been debited from my bank acc. I dont use BIS on samsung but mtn has been charging me for a BIS that I dont even use and its not my fault that they didnt update their records. They have been debiting R458.00 from my bank account instead of R399.00 that I signed for. This is not good. If this continues I would really like to cancel my contract with MTN. I never had a problem with mtn before but now this is really unacceptable.
