I have since requested copy of my contract last week Friday for the laptop I used to have with Vodacom. I was informed that my request would takes about 48hrs. Consultants at Vodacom are now giving me the run around and I am not happy. They promised to email me the copy but never did, instead I have to be the always calling in to establish the progress of my request. The whole country is going down because of the poor level of service we getting from companies like this one. It is disgusting to say the least. Why must I call over and over again about one simple thing? I have been sent from a pillar to a post without any success. One has to always take extreme measure before the problem is resolved. What happened to good customer service?
