I have lost my laptop and submitted a claim together with all the necessary documentation. Thabang Lesiamo is now giving me the run around and I am not happy. He promised to get back to be but never did, instead I have to be the always calling in to establish the progress of my claim. The whole country is going down because of the poor level of service we getting from companies like this one. It is disgusting to say the least. Why must I call over and over again about one simple thing? I have been sent from a pillar to a post without any success by Mr Thabang at the call center. One has to always take extreme measure before the problem is resolved. What happened to good customer service?
