I have 3 contracts with vodacom (smart s, smart m and smart light). I set limits with vodacom, but each month the bill is much higher. I contact them to find out why, they give me a pathetic explanation why they cannot do anything about it and suggest to migrate to 2x top up 200s contracts and 1x 315s contract then I only have to pay R714.98 (R315 R199.99 R199.99) wich I did. Now the account is even higher than before. When I contacted them to find out why, the only reason is that they migrated the contract and I have to pay separately for the phones. When I said but that is not what we agreed on, they said "Its not true and I must not argue with them because they wont give incorrect info. I suggest that if any body wants a cell phone contract to go to the opposition, they have less incompetent departments.
