Empty promises!

All I want to do is upgrade my lines that are due since last year October but I want to upgrade. To the phone I want and not what Vodacom thinks I should have. They want to migrate me to higher packages but don't want to upgrade me to higher one's how's that. I want to go from my top up contract to the new smart ones to get the phone I want that all. Please Vodacom this is not what I was hoping for to happen when I sign my contract. I've speaking to so many people all with different promises now its your turn. Let's see
