A credit was logged for my account on 02/10/2013. I received an SMS saying that it would be sorted out within 24 hours. Twenty days later the credit has still not been processed on my account. I have made 15 calls to the call centre to try to follow up. Each customer services agent tells me a different story - the turnaround time is 3 days, 7 days or 14 days. Some will put me through to the accounts dept, others say the accounts dept doesn't take calls. I have been kept on hold endlessly, passed from pillar to post and cut off. I have been charged R167.37 for the calls made to customer services. I demand to know what on earth is going on with the credit to my account. Furthermore, I expect Autopage to credit my account for the calls I have made to customer services. For goodness sake, train your call centre staff so that the info they give customers is consistent.
