Cell C not adding 1 GB Smartdata Bundle Recurring

I was originally on your old business chat 1000 and about three months back, went onto your month to month Postpaid Straight Up 400 as per the attached invoice. I also took a 1GB Smartdata Bundle Recurring onto the plan and waited for the correct phone to become available i.e. The Galaxy note. I subsequently got the phone from your Sandton branch beginning of this month and took the same package. I smsed your service number 14302 today and it came back with a usage of a data of R 2308.75 which is incorrect. That said, the consultant that I spoke to today, confirmed that the 1GB Smartdata Bundle Recurring was either removed or not loaded on my account when I got the new phone. To stop any further costs she suggested that we now load the 1GB Smartdata Bundle Recurring. She also confirmed that I had an over bundle R15 000 credit which we now reduced to R50 to avoid future costs. I therefore request that you write back the R 2308.75 and keep in line with the agreement i.e. 400min, 400sm's, 400MB plus 1GB Smartdata Bundle Recurring as agreed 0844911123
