Telkom must have the worst customer service!!

I have signed up on Telkom's website at least 3 times and left a message to be called back. In some instances I have even mentioned what service I need but still even after a month, not a single call or an email have I received.

Talk about bad service. Perhaps they are too busy to even take the phone and acquire new customers, now that's bad service right there. If they already have enough customers, the least they can do is let us know!!!
