I have logged 2 complaints with customer care regarding my monthly invoice that I have not yet received. Request no. S3-T3E2K-Kc2FN and S3T3H1D-DGZVU . I was informed that they will be in contact with me within 24 hours to help solve the problem but up to now nothing happened. If Vodacom can't help me with a simple thing like my monthly invoice (that I pay for) then they don't need me as a customer.
