CAN'T CHANGE THE STRUCTURE OF MY INVOICE

If I had known that my "sundry costs" would include my "handset" monthly cost and not included as per my previous contract where everything was under subscription costs, I WOULD NOT HAVE EXTENDED MY CONTRACT WITH VODACOM!!!

My company does not pay for "Handsets" and for this reason, I am LOSING A FULL R200P/M, THAT IS R2400P/A AND A MASSIVE R4800 FOR THE CONTRACT PERIOD.

When requesting your customer "care" to change it to my previous contract format, the response is "regrettably we cannot change the structure of you invoice", NO REASON, NO OTHER OPTION, NOTHING. The most regrettable thing really is, that I upgraded with you Vodacom and have been a loyal customer for almost, if not more than a decade and you cannot do this simply elementary change on a piece of paper for me!

If you cannot accommodate my request, I will have to consider other options including service providers!
