Last week I emailed Vodacom Customer Care the following: (STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE!!!)

Currently I have two contracts with Vodacom.
1) Vodafone Mobile Broadband (0827381629)
2) Vodafone Wifi (0827451781)
and a Pay-as-you-go which is used for calls and sms.
On 7 October 2013 at 17:24 I purchased an SMS bundle for R33 which never reflected on my phone.
On 11 October 2013 at 10:35 I purchased another SMS bundle for R33 which did reflect on my phone.
Since my last SMS purchases to date I have sent 21 sms's.
When I do a balance inquiry it says that I have 0 sms's available. I should have 179 available.

Why is it that my monthly bill from Vodacom is always in excess of R400 - R500 every month?
This makes no sense since it should only be R298.

Please investigate.
