As an old Vodacom prepaid customer I would like to expressed my utmost disappointment in the way the call center addresses my issue on the 4 September 2013.To start - on the morning of the 4 September at around 05h00 I call the 082111 number with regard a issue i encounter on my vodacom broadband connection. That morning around -02hoo i loaded R165 rand of airtimee on my vodafone modem from my fnb account from my cellphone. This transaction went through as stated on my cellphone reference to vodacom. I was therefore credited with R165 rand on my USB Vodafone modem.while on the internet with my USB Vodafone modem i log in to my Vodafone account and purchase promotional data of R149 (1Gig) this transaction reflects as successful. After a while i suddenly encounter network issue stating that i have limited network issues. I therefore could not understand and uninstall the vodacom lite software on my desktop pc. I re-install and by now after struggling sometime when opened my browser, it suddenly state that i run out of airtime (1 Gig.!!!)..This i found ridiculous.
