Terrible service!

I have a fairly expensive i-phone contract with MTN. My phone became unable to charge and I took it in on 10 October (2013). I was told that it had to be taken to the technicians and that it would take about 6 or 7 days. I was not offered any alternative phone or any assistance in dealing with the obvious inconvenience. When I returned to collect the phone on 18 October, I was told that the phone was fully functional but that I must change some settings on icloud before it would work properly. This seemed unlikely since the phone was exactly as it was when I took it in. When I confirmed that this was indeed the case, I was told that I need to send the phone to the technician again. This was being without any phone for over a week already. I was promised that everything would be done to speed up this process when I tool it back on Saturday 19 October. When I inquired on Monday 21 October as to what was going on, I was told that that they were still waiting to deliver the phone to the technician implying that this is not being treated wit any urgency! Once again, I was told that nothing could be done to ease my inconvenience! Totally unacceptable!! I cannot be expected to endure this!
