Last year October I bought a contract phone from MTN within 3days the phone died didn't switch on. I took it back to the Eastgate branch where I purchased it to the same person I ahd been dealing with. He took the phone and I told him that I want a new phone same model but I just didn't want them to get the one that died fixed and returned to me. He said that they are getting my new phone from Cape Town and that I would have it within two days. The two days passed and they didn't deliver and I told them that they have failed to deliver the phone I then told them to cancel the contract and this was still within the 7 days of me being able to do that. I have been getting different consultants busy asking when I am going to make payment! how the do I pay for a phone that I don't have and cancelled it's contract, I had to tell the same story all of these consultans and told me that they are processing the cancellation and today to my disbelief they are telling me that they can't cancel it. I am emotionally drained and I have taken this matter to my legal representatives I am tired of dealing with MTN because it seems as though their employees are Incompetent!
