I reported a fault with my landline on the 21 october 2013 I phoned smsed as well as sent an online request. A technician was sent on the 23rd he came in checked the lines and promised to come back the following day as he could not repair it.it is now the 29th of October and no one has come in and my phone is still not working.when you phone the call centre after holding on forever and finishing my airtime very politely they tell you someone is working on it and will phone me if they need access to my premises either today or tomorrow. Totally unacceptable service now i end up waiting the whole day waiting for the technician to come in so he may repair the line and cant even run out to do errands. I'm very dissapointed and upset with the service received from telkom
