Don't take Vodacom Insurance

We have a business and 10 numbers that we have paid over 5 years for insurance and never claimed, now that we want to they deny the claim because of a issue with Nokia and that the sim card was not in the phone!!

This is and we are now canceling all our insurance with them and all users please be advise... it is easy when they take your money, but when they have to pay then there is always a problem!!!
