Absolutely Shocking experience

All that I am trying to do is give advanced notice that i do not want my contract renewed. I've had 5 consultants give me nonsense answers on facebook after contacting the customer care line who gave me a ridiculous answer.

It seems to me like there are no comprehension skills here, and now they are asking me for the number in question when i sent them my ID number in an email that they verified they had received. Surely my number can be extracted from my ID as i've never known this number and i dont even use the number. This all seems like a really huge joke. Especially as one the other questions asking is why i am cancelling the contract. I am not cancelling my contract cant you understand that im simply not renewing the contract???

Please can someone that has proper communication and comprehension skills call me on my alternative contact number to resolve this issue.
