I emailed Vodacom this week on the customer care email. Received an auto reply saying please state the cell number. What nonsense. My email wasn't about a specific number, I actually wanted to look at getting a new sim card, I emailed about my 10yr old daughters number. Ref:003K~KRAL. I eventually got a response on the call centre number, I've been without a voice for 3weeks now, hence the email, annoying that before you even look properly at the email you ask questions which i gave no clue about. I was actually emailing as i am looking at getting two new numbers for both my daughters, but vodacom clearly dont want new business. The other HUGE frustration is that MY cell phone number is under my husbands name, and to get help from Vodacom, I have to complain on here or on Facebook - clearly you are more interested in bad publicity than having satisfied customers. Would I recommend vodacom to family and friends? NEVER! My husband gets even more frustrated that I have to call him to do things for me with Vodacom when he's busy at work.
