I originally requested why my account was so high, and never received a proper answer from your consultants. My "comment" and note "comment" were that I will then cancel my contract out of frustration/ Vodacom out of their own cancelled my contract and I lost my cell number, please note that this number I have had for many years and my client base contacted me on this number, not to mention the amount of business I have lost due to this.

I was more than willing to pay the amount should my number be re-instated, this was ignored.

I once again wish to inform you, give me a new contract, add this on the new contract over 24 months and you will have a happy customer, and both of us will be in a win win situation.

I'm not walking away from my responsibility, trying to find a solution to both our problems.
