Charged R204 more p/m more than signed up for

We signed up for Anytime 500 package @ R394 p/m on 3 August 2012 with Lloyd Heath an MTNSP manager for Anglo Corporate. We have all the confirmation emails and documents signed by my husband stating that it would cost us R394p/m, unfortunately shortly after upgrading there was a postal strike and we did not receive accounts, imagine our shock at getting the account end of November and noticing that we are in fact paying R597p/m and not the agreed upon amounts. Numerous calls to MTN have given me a whole bunch of useless reference numbers: 94465634; 95497201; 96115606 and a credit note with the ref # 1480906.
But yet every time I get the same run around, how do we go about getting this account rectified. It is total gross incompetence that we are just pushed from one excuse to another, the consultant just said sorry i dont deal with the accounts.
