I have contacted you guys numerous times to try and sort out the fact that you are over charging me every month by R100.00. I upgraded my account through corporate section. My package was converted to top up R200 including bis. The total cost should be R258 p/m. however you are giving me the discounts that is due to me. I have called you numerous people who just dont understand.. The incompetence where do you get your staff from. I eventually spoke to a lady called Shamiema who told me that the problem would be sorted out and that someone from corporate accounts will call me. Another month has gone by and again the incorrect amount debited from my account. I am sure if I owed you this money you would have listed me by now. Please can someone help me. MTN you owe me over R600. All I want is the matter to be sorted out...
