Vodacom - I have heard people complaining about your connectivity issues, and steep cellphone bills, but I am shocked to now call your network, . I want you to please note that after many failed attempts to rectify this problem with [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] my only option is to post a report like this on your social media platforms, for South Africa to see. Please take note of this, as I need it to be resolved at the soonest possible moment. I cancelled my contract with you on the 22 May 2013. I ported out on the 23 May 2013 (Where I paid the balance of my account in full, and received a reference number from you confirming that my account was indeed, closed.) I also signed a cancellation form and sent it back signed with a copy of my ID. I received "Your service request no. EC-ZHT5-2KI34H has been closed.
You can imagine my shock to see that you have continued to bill me since May 2013 (5 months now) R459.50, making my total owings R2297. Again, after several phone calls and emails, with my supporting documents, Vodacom cannot guarantee me that I will get my money back. So yes, hence the reason I can call your company.
