Being ripped off by Cell C

I do not receive my Internet Data from Cell C. I have been to Cell C and Autopage in Clearwater and have been phoning the Head office twice a week to enquire why I dont get my data loaded which I have been charged for. I keep on being told that 100mb has been loaded but when I switch the internet on I get a message that I must RECHARGE as I have R1.00 or less data available. I would like to cancel this 'contract' with Autopage. I have not received any paperwork pertaining to a contract and have not signed anything. I was also told that the area I live in does have Cell C coverage, but unfortunately, that is another lie.
