This is totally unacceptable!! i opened a new contract the 10GB 10GB internet on a new SIM.

IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK AND I CANNOT BROWSE THE INTERNET!!!

after logging a case with the call center there has been no feed back and it has been over 120 hours BAH 72 hour turn around!!! this is ridicules, i need this sorted out NOW and the blatant lack of care and is disturbing how there is NO URGENCY!

I'M NOT WILLING TO HEAR ANYMORE EXCUSES either this problem gets sorted out or i'm taking this issue to the NEWSPAPERS TO TELL ALL HOW THE SERVICE IS!!!

As I have told the call center 100 times! the modem is connected and i can send sms's off it but there is no internet connection.. i am a senior IT person i know what i am doing on a PC all has been checked and troubleshooted the issue is the SIM! the new dam SIM! no internet how can this take from the end of last month till now and still not be sorted out!

also i have been getting the data and because of the internet not WORKING I CANT USE IT AND I AM BEING BILLED FOR IT.

I WANT THE PROBLEM SORTED AND MY MONEY REFUNDED!!! this is total BULL

ITS NOW THE 12! 6 Days after i was told id get feedback!
