We upgraded our contract to a new package. The data was used up on 10 Sept. We phoned the guy in Ventersdorp that were doing our contracts and asked him to temporarerly lift the suspension and put another amount of R350 on the bill so the phone can be opened and used. It is now 19 Oct and since the 10 of Sept we could not use the phone and even on 1 Oct the phone was not open and cant be used. So we paid R500 for 2 months now plus R300 for a phone we can not use. We phoned customer care on 18 Oct and asked them to open the phone. They just said that I must send them an email on a letterhead of the business and proof of ID than they will look if they can do it. I explained it is now more than a month and the new month as well and I am away and not at the office I cant send that I will send them all the details but not on a letterhead. I asked to talk to the supervisor, they said there is no team leader on the floor and they will not be back for the whole afternoon. I did send the email and asked them to phone me back. I paid for a service for 2 months that I cant used and no supervisor that can help and assist me.
