Been overcharged at Vodacom and still no feedback

At the end of Sep I upgraded my contract and took an S4, the contract went live on 30 Sep. I gave the phone to my husband & kept my blackberry. Based on this I needed to get BIS as the S4 contract did not have BIS. The BIS went active on 02 Oct. I was charged the full contract fee for the upgrade for the month of Sep and BIS for Sep. I don't understand how I can be charged a full contract and BIS for something that only happened between 30 Sep - 02 Oct. I have been contacting Vodacom since Wed 09 Oct and still no feedback till today 18 Oct. I have already called them 3 times. I am disgusted at the fact that I was charged for this and for the lack of feedback as I own 5 contracts with vodacom and have been with them for many years.
