BAD SERVICE

I book in my phone a couple of months and my claim was successful the courier company came to collect the phone from me and gave me a loan phone. The nightmare begun when I tried calling mtn insurance to find out how far was my phone but told me it never reached and didn't bother investigating and then after that i couldn't reach them. I had to make means to find out where my phone was and did all that by myself because they couldn't help only to find that my phone that my got lost/ and the courier company replaced it. Now i've been trying to call the insurance to change my serial number but theykeep sending me back and forth for the past few months and the people from mtn call centre transferred me to the a couple of times but i get to be on hold o more than 30minutes and they keep deducting their money. Now they just told me the supervisor by the name of Zaihda Kuhn is gonna i'm still. i want to cancell that insurance because they just useless.
