Unpleasant with 24hour mobility insurance

I bought two phones same brand at mtn store and got 24mobility insurance.my wife phone was damaged and I put a claim to 24hour mob ins and they phone me and ask all questions and told me the phone will be collected by courier meanwhile I pays access of R150.00 I did and it was collected and fixed then delivered again to my wife but only to find its still giving problems I phone 24hr mob ins and explained they understand and send same courier guys to fetch phone on the 17/09/13 and every week I received a call from different consultant telling me technicians are busy with the phone and one of the technicians phone me ask for password because they work on the phone and I gave it to him.on the 27/09/13 I received call from one consultant telling me the in fixed and been taken for assessment but by the week of 30/09-04/10/13 I'll get the phone but still nothing.today (05/10/13 09:20) I phone 24hr mob ins and I'm being told that they never received my wife's phone, no claim has been done by me and they never send any courier to collect my phone infect they don't know nothing about the phone.i never got joy from this insurance company.
