Still waiting for my account to be credited

I complained previously in regards to the same issue as my account have not yet been credited with the amount I had to pay becuase your upgrade department did not forward me my micro sim. After I received my new phone I contacted your upgrade department and informed them that they did not send me my micro sim. They then transferred me to Vuyokazi Giba who informed me that I need to go to a vodacom shop and pay for the micro sim and then I need to forward the proof of payment to him and he will arrange for my account to be credited. Well I've upgraded on the 1stof October and the next day I went to purchase the sim and forwarded the invoice to him. I'm still waiting for my account to be credited, I've been contacting Vuyokazi on a daily basis, he is not answering the telephone nr 011 767 4182 that he had provided and also not answering my emails to him, I've asked for a read reply and I can see everytime he read the email but he is still not replying. This is very very service, I'm really considering joining a other service provider if this is the kind of service I'm getting. When you phone me make sure please that my account has been credited im not going to explain myself again!
