I've upgraded in November. I used to get my airtime every month on the 15th and my debit order goes through the 1st of each month. On the 15th of November 2013 no airtime was credited onto my contract. I phoned them and after numerous frustrating calls, were informed that it will 'kick in' and be credited on the 1st of December 2013. This did not happen either. Then I phoned again and got a sms stating that my contract will be credited on the 15th of December 2013. I am unhappy as I have paid for November and December and did not get any airtime / credit on my account for it. I insist on the arrears that they owe me on my contract! I've been out of airtime now for a month! I've logged numerous queries, and no one gets back to me at all! I've phoned just now again and they told me they will phoned me back. They said it was credit to my account, and yesterday i was informed it was not credited to my acc and that someone cancelled my contract on their side. So no one knows where and what they are doing and dont even bother to give me feedback. I need someone to make an effort to go into my account and see that it was not credited, and do the necessary to resolve this
