I have return the modem back to vodacom and i was promised that my account will be credited. the account was Credited on the 01st May 2013 invoice number: CNI496229, after the account was credited another invoice was generated on the 03rd May 2013, invoice number: B474479880 for the amount of R539.97 and my monthly debit order went through successfully.i don't understand why should i have to pay for something that i don't have. I want vodacom to reverse my money back into my account.
