INCOMPETANCE... wish I could use stronger language

Please could you tell me why a person has to phone you and update debit order details 4 times, just to have you still get it wrong. I have spent in excess of 9 hours on the phone over these 4 incidents due to the fact that you cannot get things right. Then when I phone in I get sent around in circles because no one knows what the is going on. My wife has a stand alone email address with you guys. The charge is like R15. But you give me so much uphill when you don't get payment, but it is your fault. Fix your stupid billing system. I have given you the new details, 4 times, so why do you keep reverting to the old one? I am enquiring if I can take legal action as my time costs me money.
