I went to Telkom in Knsyna to pay my telephone account. However there wasn't anyone in the section for paying. There were two women helping other customers. The one women said she would be with me shortly. A security guard tried to find someone else to help with my payment. No was available! I waited a bit longer and after about 20 mins one of the ladies was finally free. She said that they tell customers to make alternative arrangements for paying their accounts! If they are short staffed this is not my problem. I have the choice of where I want to pay my account! Please look into this.
