Accounts gone missing/Not advising of account stat

I am paying two personal FNB loan accounts off via payment arrangements with FNB and one with an attorney. I was advised that the one with attorney no longer with them and the other one with FNB my payments are being returned. When phoning FNB contact centre to try and find out where these accounts have disappeared too and whom I can continue my payment arrangements with, I get given incorrect attorneys who no longer deal with FNB accounts. I have tried numerous phone calls to the contact centre but keep getting cut off by them. I would like to sort these accounts out and find out where they are or if they have been written off, closed or whatever the case maybe. I have a standing arrangements.
