Contract Upgrade Fruad

Someone upgraded my contract in Emelo and i stay on soweto, i was asked to send a affidavit and a copy of my ID and that was 3 weeks ago. No one has contacted me with feed back since and everytime i call the contact centre i get promised that someone will contact me before close of business, till today i am still waiting.
