Went to Telkom Strand to pay my account. Paper indicate accounts to pay. Waited 30 minutes but nobody helps. One lady helping selling internet and and other paperwork. Went back two times but no help. Do Telkom want their clients to pay bills or do they not need money? How do they service their customers if they do not even have somebody to accept payments?
