So after almost two years of complaints and receiving NO feedback to date.

I called Telkom today for a update only to be told that two ladies had supposedly phoned me and I said everything was in order, which is a down right and not the truth.

Telkom enjoy passing the buck around, and no one has the ability to tell me what is happening or even if they plan to fix the congested exchange in Richmond KZN. So basically I am left paying for services that I am not receiving 80% of the time.

It is shocking how little Telkom care about the customers they have left!
I am so tired of logging faults, doing escalations and being told in broken English "we are working on it"

For two years Telkom have been "working on it", this is not rocket science people, you do this work everyday. How hard can it be to perform upgrades that are needed NOT wanted, but needed to customers who are paying for a service every month?

Please for crying in a bucket in timbuktu, would someone just stop lying to me and fix this problem already!
