Told phone is repaired guess what its NOT!

1st complaint: PC-ZH7J-278LH1

My phone wasn't repaired, it still doesn't work its like you just put the thing in a box and returned it to me straight away. People still can't hear me when I call and I can't hear them. Such awful, pathetic service which really can't be excused! I feel disrespected as a customer to how this whole saga has been carried out especially since I highlighted the facts to you in a complaint, people calling saying they will get back to me and not... At this point I just want cancel my line with Vodacom and never look back!
