This is now a follow up to my last enquiry. since i last posted my complaint on this dite i was contacted and told that my phone was returned to vodacom by the courier company as they did not have my contact number. Well vodacom didnt have the common courtsey to call to let me know this. Had i not called in myself i would have not known anything. So they eventually resubmit my order and then i get an email notifying me yet again that there is no stock of the phone and i have to wait yet again for more stock. I mean really, how many times must i hear the same excuse. Does vodacom not know how to keep their customers informed. What does it take to get proper info snd straight answers from vidacom?
