10 year loyal customer treated like!

Previous complaints, PC-ZH7J-278LH1 & PC-ZH7Y-2VBV5X. I had hoped that after my last complaint that Vodacom were going to resolve my issue & I could carry on being a customer but after being told by the Vodacom manager, 'sorry your phone simply isn't on our network and therefore not covered by our warranty and that's it, ' I was left dismayed at this level of customer service, first I was told by one of your Vodacom's reps at the store to take my phone to the manufacturer, Nokia, who wasn't keen on helping me as they said since your my service provider you should be fulfilling my every need but none the less, they helped me, I had my phone replaced as it was very faulty, now my replacement is acting up, I took it back to you & you say you can't find the warranty of the phone on your network, I explain what happened and NO ONE takes ownership or liaises with Nokia, I'm sent pillar to post & all this for a paying customer! Its been almost 5 months without a phone & have been struggling to think what I could do as you refuse to help! I have found the proof of my repair with Nokia saying you must update the IMEI number on your system & I'm serving notice of an ombudsman & CPA complaint!
