NO FEEDBACK RECEIVED FROM MTN AND 24 HR MOBILITY

I contacted MTN on 16 Oct to inform them that my Samsung S4 screen was cracked. I spoke to Dolly Buthelezi who advised I could get it fixed using the ADH service that Samsung offers or pay for the repairs. I told Dolly I had not been made aware of this service when I purchased my phone and hence was not willing to pay for the repairs. I sent Dolly an email in this regard for her to escalate to her manager - NO FEEDACK has been recieved thus far.
In addition to the above, MTN arranged my phone insurance and priovided my detaisl to 24 hr Mobility. I then decided to rather claim for the repairs. To my dismay, Kagiso Mashigo from 24 hr Mobility informed me that the claim could get rejected due to non payment. I queried why I had not been contacted if no payment was being received? Upon further investigation, I realised 24 hr mobility was using the incorrect bank details to debit my account. I emailed Kagiso on 18 Oct to advise him of this and have NOT received any form of a response from 24 hr Mobility.
It has been 3 weeks now and I have not received any feedback from either MTN or 24 Hr Mobility! This level of service is completely unacceptable!!!
